Gay Cruising Park Of Northern New Jersey

Ruby Templar Jorge Molist

"Hidden in his papal ring resides a demon."
Prosecution of Philip the Fair, the main offense of the Templars,
against the Pope Boniface VIII.

On his twenty-seventh birthday, Cristina, a lawyer in New York, receives two rings. One is offered to him by his fiance. The other comes from Enric, his godfather died. She accepts them without knowing that the second, a ruby in the thirteenth century with strange powers, will be immersed in the occult world of the Templars, on the trail of treasure. Plagued by nightmares that seem directly related to the history of the holders of the ring, Cristina, accompanied by her first love, starts in Barcelona on a journey that will lead it to its past. And, beyond his own, to the tragic, the last of the Templars.

Lately, I have chained the readings youths or vampires. The desire to change gender and style in order to vary the readings arose. The reservation of the library fell steeply. Ruby Templar hang out for a little while in my wish-list. He was there because I tried many abstract. It was battery into the themes that I like in thrillers. The Knights Templar, their history, ... is a subject I love and even though I read quite a few novels about them, it's always so much fun.

The first point I would like to emphasize is the originality of the place of action. Indeed, for once, it is not in Paris or London ( Da Vinci Code ), New York, ... The author is the adventures of various characters in his hometown, Barcelona. Why not? I do not know anything about this city and I do not know whether or not there was the Templars who had settled there. We also feel that Jorge Molist a cult dedicated to his hometown. He always speaks very highly of us and it is presented as the city. I confess that at times if I could no longer descriptions of Barcelona, I still want to discover.

In terms of background, I really liked the story and I immediately hooked. It must be said that all subjects were gathered for me to enjoy this novel. However, it has some flaws that bothered me slightly. Some parts drag a bit in length. The most obvious example, for my part, when the main character, Cristina, questioned the sexual orientation of Oriol. It spread throughout the book and in the end I was exhausted. I even started to annoy me. I thought it was futile and I found it took too much precedence over the more important, in my opinion, the treasure hunt. If it obscures the point that I just mentioned, the mysteries are nice and well introduced. I enjoyed the historical elements that are brought across the painting but also architecture, antiques.

As for characters, I'd say the picture is rather mixed. I liked the main character but nothing more. I did not necessarily attached to it nor felt any empathy. The secondary characters are no more. We must admit they look perfect. Physically, they are almost all comparable to the Greek gods. Beautiful to die for them, muscular ... Oh and I almost forgot! They are all extremely wealthy.

Finally, While Ruby Templar has some flaws but it still reads read. I had a good time. This is not the bestseller of the year but it is readable.
